SO TODAY IS A 1 POST KIND OF DAY.
I LOVE THIS SMOOTHIE, LIKE I REALLY LOVE THIS SMOOTHIE. I MAKE IT EVERYDAY. I CRAVE AT TIMES...THIS SMOOTHIE HAD ME AT "HELLO"AND IF YOU KNOW ME YOU WOULD BE IN DISBELIEF THAT I WOULD DRINK THIS.
Just a side note when my parents were here and I made this I think my Mom sat there and just watched me and shook her head. my Dad tried it and lets just say he was very proud of me that I had started to like something very healthy. I don't think they will be getting on the wagon anytime soon.
